Ember is a habit-replacement and personal development app designed to help users build positive daily routines. The app provides habit tracking, progress gamification, AI coaching, and motivational tools.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ember. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Ember requires an active subscription to access its features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Provide false information during account creation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the app for any purpose other than personal habit tracking and recovery support.

All content, design, and code within Ember is owned by Ember and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Ember is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Ember after changes constitutes acceptance.
